At Atlantic we are committed to providing this service , and recognize

will continue to provide gluten and wheat free fish and chips

before preparing any food
•All gluten & wheat free products are stored in separate containers
•No member of staff will handle any products which contain gluten or wheat during this
session & will wash there hands thoroughly before starting
•We also use another set of utensils which are only ever used for this
•We always use new oil
•We use a non-brewed condiment in place of vinegar
•Our sausages or produced by our local butcher in Coatbridge (Hugh K. Pender)
•The fish and chips are all cooked to order
•We only sell gluten and wheat free products during this session of cooking
