 Just back from Torino had a great time cooking for the Italians. At the
slow food exhibition in Turin . I cooked up fish and chips for them .The
food was received with loads of intrest and every one was extremely
keen to try them. I used Halibut which was sourced by Eurenio Fulan who
is in the picture above in the middle, the gentlemen on the left is the
HM Consul General & UKTI director General, Dr . Laurence
Bristow-Smith. They have invited me back for the next event but next
time they want haggis.
